Seeking Solutions Beyond Aid


Everyone agrees that aid alone cannot finance development; new actors and fresh sources of finance are essential.  Fortunately, they are on the rise. But their emergence raises challenges for donor and recipient alike. “Aid and Beyond” – our first volume in an annual series on Financing Development – takes a deep look at the complex landscape of international development finance.
