OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises: Annual Meeting of National Contact Points

As provided for in the implementation procedures, the NCPs meet annually to share their experiences and to report to the Investment Committee.  In addition to submitting their annual reports and discussing activities associated with the Guidelines at a national level, the NCPs hold consultations with BIAC, TUAC and NGOs.

The eighth annual meeting since the 2000 Review of the Guidelines took place in Paris on 24-25 June 2008. The keynote presentation was delivered by Professor John G. Ruggie, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Business and Human Rights.

A roundtable on corporate responsibility is held in conjunction with this meeting:
