The event highlighted CCXG analysis on different options for reporting and review of National Communications post-2012 (new paper); as well as technical, institutional and policy steps needed to develop and implement plans for a low-carbon future.

"Tackling Climate Change: How to Ensure the Necessary Finance Flows"
High-level panel chaired by Angel Gurría, OECD Secretary-General. Ministers and OECD officials discussed what governments can do to scale-up public finance flows, leverage private finance, and build trust by better tracking climate change finance flows.

Green Growth
The crisis convinced many countries that a different kind of economic growth is needed, which takes into account environmental, social and technological considerations.
The OECD is developing a Green Growth Strategy to show the way to make a cleaner low-carbon economy compatible with growth.
