Launched officially on 2 May 2006, the Survey includes the following documents:
A Help Desk has been established in order to provide additional support to country teams (government, donors) in undertaking the Survey. The desk is prepared to respond to questions by phone or email and also, upon request, engage through video conferences and organise a limited number of country missions to support the process directly at country-level.
