Improving Transparency of Related Party Transactions in Russia

This report by the Russian Corporate Governance Roundtable seeks to provide Russian policy-makers, enforcement authorities, private institutions and other stakeholders with analysis of the key issues, policy options and actions needed to address challenges to transparency of related party transactions.  This report is the result of an 18-month process that began in 2003 within the framework of the Roundtable, as part of its efforts to support implementation of the recommendations of the Russian White Paper on Corporate Governance.
