All participating countries are involved in preparing a Country Background Report. The reports are prepared within a common framework to facilitate comparative analysis and to maximise the opportunities for countries to learn from each other's experiences. The Guidelines for producing the report are provided in Annex 1 of the document Design and Implementation Plan for the Activity.
