Biography of Mr Eric Hazard, ENDA: OECD Policy Dialogue on Aid for Trade

Dr. Eric Hazard is an agroeconomist by training and holds a doctorate in development economics. Since 2001, he is programme manager on behalf of the Prospective Policy Dialogues team, part of the NGO Enda Tiers Monde based in Dakar. Recently he has been working on issues related to policy coherence for development, building on his previous research on the sustainability of trade policies in West Africa, particularly in the cotton and fisheries sectors.
