3rd OECD-China Forum on Public Debt Management and Government Securities Markets

14-15 September 2006, Beijing, China

This Forum was organised jointly with the Chinese Ministry of Finance and supported by the National Debt Association of China. The programme of co-operation is carried out under the aegis of the OECD Working Party on Debt Management, with the financial support of the Japanese government. The topics under discussion at this year's forum included: formulating the annual debt management strategy: experience from OECD countries; adjusting the annual debt management stategy: reasons and practices.
