On 12 November 2003, the Environment Policy Committee (EPOC) met for a High Level Special Session on Decoupling Environmental Pressures of the Transport Sector in the Context of Unsustainable Production and Consumption Patterns. Stakeholder partners from business, trade unions and environmental NGOs also attended the event.
