Policy Dialogue on Corporate Governance in China, Shanghai, China 29-30 March 2007

The OECD and the Shanghai Stock Exchange in partnership with the Japanese Government, the Global Corporate Governance Forum (GCGF) and the Yale School of Management convened a high level meeting to exchange experience on corporate governance.

The meeting took place on 29-30 March 2007 in Shanghai, China.

Participants at the Shanghai Policy Dialogue meeting included senior representatives from relevant Chinese authorities, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Development Research Centre and the State Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and their counterparts from some OECD member countries as well as international business leaders.
