Who can apply?
The people we are looking for should have...

A university diploma (Master or PhD, preferably)

Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in and understanding of policy issues and their political/social contexts.
- Excellent knowledge of English or French (the official languages of the Organisation), with very strong drafting in one or both, and preferably good working knowledge of the other language. Other linguistic skills are also appreciated.
- At least three years' relevant working experience.
- Managerial experience or potential.
- Ability to work well in a multicultural team.
- A good knowledge of IT, particularly as applied to their field of expertise.
- An OECD MEMBER COUNTRY nationality and under 65 years of age.
