Arab Chairs and OECD Co-chairs

Regional Working Groups are chaired by an Arab Chair and an OECD Co-chair, where Arab Chairs have shown to be lead countries in expertise on policy reform in the area of their respective Regional Working Group.

Chairs will direct the policy dialogue within their Regional Working Group, and closely cooperate with the National Co-ordination Committees in order to facilitate implementation of national and regional activities. They establish the agendas of their Regional Working Groups and act as spokespersons to the Steering Group.

Arab Chairs usually host their Regional Working Group's meetings in their respective countries.
