This annual forum is held under the aegis of the OECD Working Party on Debt Management and the Multilateral Public Debt Management Network and is co-sponsored by the Japanese Government. Although tailored to emerging and transition countries, it brings together debt managers from all over the world to discuss viewpoints and experiences relating to public debt management. This year's topics for discussion will include: cash management, performance management, recent insights from auction theory and its use for government securities and recent trends in public debt management problems and issues in emerging markets.
