This Special Session on Lobbying brought together for the first time at the international level top officials from executive and legislative branches in charge of legislation and policy on lobbying. Click here for the Agenda. / l'Ordre du jour.
This Special Session reviewed approaches and options for regulating lobbying in different socio-political and administrative contexts and gave directions for developing Principles on Transparency and Accountability in Lobbying. This would be a critical instrument for policy makers when lobbying reaches the political agenda to provide concrete options for regulating lobbying in different contexts.
