The 4th meeting of the Latin American Corporate Governance Roundtable, was held in Santiago, Chile, from 28-30 May 2003. The meeting, co-hosted by the Chilean Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (SVS), with the support of the Sociedad de Fomento Fabril, focussed on the finalisation of the White Paper on Corporate Governance in Latin America.
