Rachel Linden

Rachel Linden joined the OECD in April 2007, working for the Trade and Agriculture Directorate before coming to work for IMHE in the Education Directorate in July 2008. Prior to coming to Paris she worked as an University Adminstrator at the Royal College of Art in London, in the Quality Assurance Department.
