The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) is launching a Call for Tenders (www.oecd.org/callsfortenders) towards the development and implementation of instruments for the OECD Feasibility Study for an Assessment of Higher Education Learning Outcomes (AHELO). Deadline for the receipt of Tenders: Wednesday 5 August 2009 10 a.m (Paris time).
