Book launch: Dutch version of Public Opinion and the Fight Against Global Poverty, Amsterdam, 15th January 2003

Existing high public support for development co-operation, with greater awareness about the issues, can only lead to a strong public constituency for development policy reform. The Centre's extensive studies of OECD DAC Members public attitudes over the past decade make this conclusion, while also pointing out that there is a mismatch between opinion and policy on this topic.

The Centre participated in the launch of a NCDO - Development Centre - North-South Centre version of publication in Dutch on 15th January 2003 in the Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam.
