HATS: People and groups

Linking with other stakeholders…to put the pieces together

TT HATS aims to co-ordinate with other organisations or partnerships to bring together evidence of progress and remaining problems. It does not intend to duplicate other structures’ work but rather puts the pieces together tp feed the overall aid effectiveness monitoring exercise with relevant and selected inputs.

TT HATS builds on its rich and diverse membership and links up with other partnerships, NGOs, multilateral and bilateral donor agencies, partner countries, private sector, academia.

Since the inception of the TT HATS, close coordination has been ensured with the International Health Partnership (IHP+) in order to build on, and promote, progress made at the country level towards more effective health aid.

This collaboration built on

  • Initial exchange of letters from OECD WHO and the World Bank
  • Early engagement of Mali (co-Chair of the TT HATS) in IHP+
  • Regular participation of IHP+ results to the TTHATS
