Tax authorities to show laws put in place

Participants in the Global Forum are launching a plan to monitor the worldwide fight against tax evasion. Over the next three years, jurisdictions that have pledged to provide banking information on request to foreign tax authorities will be asked to show they have the laws in place to do so and that they are complying with requests.
