Bio: Daniel Salcedo

Daniel Salcedo, Founder & CEO OpenEntry.com

Dan has been helping networks of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) engage in international trade for 30 years.  Currently he is CEO of OpenEntry.com, a pioneering e-commerce platform offering totally free e-commerce catalogs to SMEs worldwide built on Google and Amazon tools and servers.  OpenEntry also makes it easy for business networks (chambers of commerce, trade promotion organizations, industry associations) to aggregate their members' catalogs into network markets generating the visibility and credibility necessary for global e-commerce.  Previously, he founded two development organizations (Pueblo to People, PEOPLink.org) focused on international trade.  Dan was also U.S. Peace Corps Country Director for the Dominican Republic and directed exhumations of mass graves and statistics analysis of genocide for the American Association for the Advancement of Science.   He has a Ph.D. in Operations Research.
