Its main purpose is to keep you informed about progress made in the OECD reviews of higher education in regional and city development. This issue lists the regions that are participating in the OECD reviews in 2009-2010. It also includes tips for regional self-evaluation process (How to use OECD Data Sources and How to Present Good Practice Examples) and information on forthcoming meetings (e.g. IMHE Conference on Higher Education at a Time of Crisis (Copenhagen), that addresses the challenges and opportunities linked to the economic downturn).
