Consultations with the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC) and the Trade Union Advisory Committee to the OECD (TUAC) took place on the morning of 29 January 2004. Both committees provided papers as a basis for this consultation. These discussion papers as well as the summary of the consultations are available below.
The directors of the European Science Foundation (ESF) and the International Council of Science (ICSU) also accepted invitations to participate in the Ministerial meeting.
