Password or login problems

The OECD has several password-protected websites. Here is a list of the most popular with the e-mail address you should use to report technical problems:

• OECD.Stat, our statistics warehouse, please contact OECDdotStat@oecd.org;
  
  
• Online Bookshop, please contact bookshop@oecd.org;
  
  
• SourceOECD, our online library, please contact SourceOECD@oecd.org;
  
  
• OLISnet, our extranet for government officials, please contact olissupport@oecd.org;
  
  
• EMS, our meeting/event management system, please contact EMSFeedBack@oecd.org;
  
  
• Protected site for journalists, please contact news.contact@oecd.org;
  
  
• For any other password-protected website, please write to the relevant department and provide them with the full name (and not simply an acronym) of the website you cannot access. If you do not know which department is responsible for the website, send an e-mail to webmaster@oecd.org . Your message will be forwarded to the right department.
  

Unsubscribing to a newsletter or OECDdirect

• To do this, log in to MyOECD from the top right of your screen, then click on 'Change my profile'. Simply uncheck all the themes and newsletters you had previously selected.
