Promoting Partnerships for Inclusion

This project brings together public, private, and independent sectors in transnational partnerships to help empower disadvantaged youth in a number of different countries and situations and to understand the nature and dynamics of such partnerships. The project has two main components:

1) The Cross-Sectoral Partnerships project focusses on national policies aimed at students at risk. Participating countries (Australia, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, Korea, Israel, United Kingdom) prepared national reports of case studies and meet regularly to exchange examples of good practice.

2) Youth Empowerment Project Programme (YEPP), works through partnerships in local communities to improve the opportunities and support given to disadvantaged young people and to help empower them. There are project sites in six European countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Ireland, and Italy. .
