Fees:
The registration fee for the two-day conference including conference material, refreshments, a lunch and a cocktail is 800 Euros.
The OECD is an international organisation exempt from VAT. Please note that VAT is not applicable.
Each participant must arrange and pay for his/her own accommodation and transportation.

Once completed, this form should be either:
• saved and attached to an e-mail to be sent to: TransferPricingForum@oecd.org
• printed and faxed to : + 33 (0)1 44 30 63 13
Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.
Refund Policy:
Refund requests in writing will be accepted if received by 1st August 2009, subject to a € 250 cancellation fee.
No refund request will be accepted after 1st August 2009.
However, you may send a substitute in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible if you choose to exercise this option, in order to arrange security badges for entry to the conference.
Practical Details:
When you arrive at the Conference Centre, you will need to present a proof of identification which should include a photograph to obtain your Conference badge.
