The aim of this work area is to assist the OECD Working Party on Nanotechnology (WPN) in addressing policy issues, as they arise, in a timely manner.
International scientific co-operation in nanotechnology
A policy roundtable on international scientific co-operation in nanotechnology took place in Braga, Portugal on 22-23 June 2009, hosted by the Portuguese delegation. This activity complements the work of the Committee for Scientific and Technological Policy (CSTP) on international S&T co-operation to address global challenges.
Risk governance for nanotechnology
The policy roundtable on risk governance will take place on 25 September 2009 in Vienna, Austria, hosted by the Austrian delegation.
