How to come to the Fairmont Royal York Hotel?

Organisation of the meeting

On the first day (15 June), experts representative of public authorities, employers organisations, unions, research centres, universities and the civil society will participate.

On the second day (16 June), the meeting is restricted to official OECD Delegations in the context of the Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Committee and the Economic Policy Committee, at the ministerial level.

Ministers, or Head of Delegation in the minister’s absence, are invited by Minister Finley to a dinner on the evening of 15 June at 19:30 in the Upper Canada Room of  the Fairmont Royal York Hotel.  No interpretation will be provided during the dinner. The invitation will be distributed at the start of the meeting on 15 June.

There are no registration fees and meals, including breakfast, will be offered by Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC) on both conference days.

Official delegations

In view of the limited capacity of the meeting room, the number of persons per official Delegation, Minister or Head of Delegation included, is restricted to five persons each day.

Accreditation

For security reasons, all the participants must be registered before the meeting. Access will be denied without the appropriate accreditation.
