Cathrine Tomte

Consultant

 

Cathrine Toemte is an analyst/consultant at OECD’s Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI) and is currently working on the New Millennium Project (NML) where her main focus is on gender, ICT and education.
Before joining CERI, Cathrine worked at Network for IT and Competence in Education, ITU, at the University of Oslo. She has previously worked at the Nordic Institute for Gender Research. She holds a Dr. Art in Digital Communication from the Norwegian University of Technology and Science (Trondheim) and a MA from the University of Oslo; she is also a member of the editorial board of Nordic Journal of Digital Competence and of the scientific advisory board of INTED.
