The OECD/DAC Working Party on Aid Effectiveness (WP-EFF) is much more than a working party. The Accra Agenda for Action (AAA) sets out three broad challenges: strengthening country ownership; building more effective partnerships; and delivering and accounting for development results. With recent structural changes and a revised work plan in light of Accra, the WP-EFF is establishing itself as the international partnership on aid effectiveness.
