OECD-Eurostat Workshop on National Accounts for Western Balkan Countries (Non-Observed Economy), Paris, 23-25 January 2006

This workshop’s focus was the non-observed economy (NOE), or, more specifically, "achieving GDP exhaustiveness". Representatives from the statistical agencies of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and Serbia and Montenegro, presented the results of their work over the last 18 months, co-ordinated with the OECD’s Statistics Directorate, in using the Eurostat Tabular method for GDP exhaustiveness.
