Biography of Mrs Khemmani Pholsena, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Laos: OECD Policy Dialogue on Aid for Trade

Mme. Khemmani Pholsena is Director General of the Foreign Trade Policy Department, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Lao PDR. She has played a proactive role in streamlining and harmonizing import and export procedures in Laos in line with the government's objective to address trade bottlenecks that constrain the country's export supply capacity, particularly supervising the Integrated Framework focal point of Lao PDR. Among other things, Mme. Pholsena has been supervising in the import-export procedures, trade preferences, and trade negotiations, covering bilateral, regional and multilateral integration. She holds master degree of Public Management from the National University of Singapore.
