Asian Insolvency Reforms following the Global Financial Crisis: Policy Responses and Opportunities

The theme for this 6th FAIR Forum was 'Asian Insolvency Reforms following the Global Financial Crisis: Policy Responses and Opportunities'. Emphasis was on the review of progress made by the Asian governments in reform implementation and in-depth discussion on the policy options for insolvency reform in the wake of the Global Financial Crisis. The event was co-organised by the OECD, World Bank, APEC, and the Ministry of Justice, Government of Thailand, with the support of the Government of Australia, INSOL International and UNCITRAL.
