CHANGING PARADIGMS AND FIRST EXPERIENCES OF IMPLEMENTATION
Jointly organised by the OECD Secretariat and the German Ministry for Education and Research. Primary objective of the workshop was to provide a survey of changes in OECD member states' policies governing public funding and steering of research institutions.
