The EAP Task Force met on 22 and 23 of October, 2001 in Paris. The 13th meeting reviewed progress in implementing the EAP Task Force work programme in CEE and NIS and discussed the EAP Task Force inputs to the Kiev "Environment for Europe" Ministerial Conference in 2003.
The meeting was held in the Conference Room of the Union Internationale des Chemins de Fer (16, rue Jean-Rey, 15th arrondissement, Paris; Tel. 33-1-44 49 22 30; Fax: 33-144 49 22 39).

The following additional meetings were organised back-to-back with the October Task Force meeting:
1. Meeting with the NIS NGOs on co-operation and activities related to the EAP Task Force - on Sunday, 21 October 2001 - for NIS NGO representatives, NIS Task Force members and Task Force Bureau members;
2. Informal consultation with the NIS Task Force representatives - on Wednesday, 24 October 2001.
