20-21 October 2010 Beirut, Lebanon   This event, co-hosted by the Banque du Liban and the OECD, brought together high-level officials and experts from central banks and government ministries, the private sector, the academic and civil community, as well as non-government organisations. The conference was global in scope, but with a particular focus on the Middle East North Africa region.
