25-26 June 2008 - New Delhi, India
Senior policy makers from Asia will meet in New Delhi on 25-26 June 2008 to discuss challenges in the corporate governance of SOEs, particularly in the area of transparency and disclosure and the equitable treatment of shareholders. This will be the third meeting of the Asia Network on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Assets, which has developed into a high-level hub for a structured policy dialogue on corporate governance of SOEs in Asia, using the OECD Guidelines as a framework for discussion. This meeting will be co-hosted by the Department of Public Enterprises, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Standing Committee on State Enterprises (SCOPE).

Hotel reservations
Participants requiring accommodation at the conference venue are requested to complete the hotel booking form and to make their reservations directly with the hotel. A contract rate for limited availability of Rs10,000 plus tax of Rs1750 per single room per night has been negotiated for early reservations. Please note the hotel cancellation conditions. Registration
Participation to this event is by invitation only. An email will be sent to invitees for on-line registration. There is no conference fee but registration is mandatory.
Accreditation
For security reasons, all participants must be accredited and be in possession of their identification badge at all times, including at social events. Participants will receive their badges at the registration desk upon arrival at the meeting. Please note that the access to the meeting room will be restricted to those wearing their identification badges.
Language
The official language of the meeting is English.
Visas
Participants are requested to check their visa requirements prior to the meeting. The OECD can provide invitation letters upon request. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for visa processing – details available from your nearest Indian embassy.
