The OECD and the Ministry of Education and Science, Ireland (in co-operation with the Ministry for Enterprise, Trade and Employment) organized an international colloquium that brought together leading figures from the worlds of education, training, business and industry. The colloquium was held in Dublin on 24-25 January 2005.
