The PARIS21 Secretariat has gathered country information, primarily on International Development Association (IDA) borrower countries, related to the NSDS process as part of its regular activities, using various sources of information from country and international institutions’ websites, reports, web searches, and direct contacts. The NSDS country sheets include:

Presentation of the National Statistical System including line ministries;

Information related to strategic planning of statistical development which includes existing strategy, NSDS design process, road map, support from donors, NSDS document, etc.;

Information related to NSDS implementation including current statistical programme, donor support, international and regional institutions’ support, key outputs, etc.;

Information on how statistical data are used in country development policy-making such as PRSP or sector strategies as well as in development aid policies, and on how development policies are supporting statistical development.
These sheets represent PARIS21’s current knowledge of the situation in this country. In no way does this represent the country’s official current state of statistical development.
