Biography of Mr Miguel Rodríguez Mendoza, ICTSD: OECD Policy Dialogue on Aid for Trade

Mr. Miguel Rodríguez Mendoza is at present a Senior Fellow at The International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD). He works also as an advisor to the Andean Development Corporation (CAF). He served as Deputy Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO) between November 1999 and October 2002. Between 1991 and 1994, he was Minister of State, President of the Institute of Foreign Trade, Venezuela's governmental body responsible for the country's trade policies.
