Official Presentation of the White Paper on Corporate Governance in Asia, Tokyo, Japan, 20 Nov 2003

This meeting addressed the main features of the White Paper on Corporate Governance in Asia and its priority key recommendations. It also considered the future work of the Asian Roundtable, which is organised by the OECD in cooperation with the World Bank and in partnership with the Global Corporate Governance Forum and the Government of Japan. Furthermore, it featured a review of responses to a questionnaire addressing the Implementation and Enforcement Issues in Asia.
