OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises: Ministerial Booklet (June 2000)
Following the adoption of the Revised OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on the occasion of the OECD's annual Council meeting at ministerial level in Paris on 27 June 2000, the OECD published a booklet which comprises the following elements: revised text and commentary, implementation procedures and the Declaration on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises. The official version of the text is available in English and French (OLIS version in word and pdf format).
The Guidelines have been translated into many languages, including: Arabic, Chinese, Czech, German, Hungarian, Korean, Polish, Slovaque, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. Other translations by adhering countries can be accessed via individual country websites.

This document was revised following the completion of the revision of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises in June 2000. It comprises the following elements:
