Biographie Fernando Arias-Galicia

Fernando Arias-Galicia is a Full Professor at the Graduate School of Psychology,  Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, Mexico. He holds the following degrees: Master of Psychology, National University of Mexico, Cum Laude; Master of Business Administration, University of California, Berkeley; Doctor of Psychology, National University of Mexico, Cum Laude; Doctor of Administrative Sciences, National University of Mexico. He has received the Honoris Causa Doctor from the University of San Martin de Prres, Peru, and Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, Mexico. He has written 18 books on Human Resource Management, and Research Methodology. Some of these have been adopted as textbooks in many countries in Latin America, and Spain.  Also has published more than 50 papers on scientific and professional journals, as well as general interest magazines. Has presented more than 50 papers in congresses both at the national and the international level in the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Asia; and has conducted many courses, seminars and workshops for many companies and universities in many countries in Latin America. His current interests are: Organizational Commitment, Competencies, Student Performance, and Values.
