3rd Conference of the South Eastern European Partnership on Accountancy Development: 7-8 September 2000

The 3rd Conference of the South Eastern European Partnership on Accountancy Development was held in Tirana, Albania, 7 - 8 September 2000. Participants from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro and Romania discussed implementing international standards on auditing including ethics, independence and quality control systems.

Representatives from international organisations, UNCTAD, USAID joined them in the discussions along with OECD Member countries France, Greece, United Kingdom and USA.
