Issues on including students with special needs in education

Including all children, as well as those with special needs, at least in primary education, is part of EFA and is one of the millennium goals. Although, how to achieve this remains a great challenge. The talk will identify some of the key issues in developing "inclusive" education and illustrate progress using data gathered by OECD in a large number of countries.
