Key actors from the public and private sectors participated in this joint seminar, held on 11 July 2003 in Busan, Korea. Participants had the valuable opportunity to discuss policy trends and challenges in metropolitan regions, with a special focus on the development of the Busan Metropolitan City. The seminar coincides with the current territorial study on Busan that is projected to be completed in December 2004. See below for the papers presented during the seminar.
