Emily Groves

Assistant

Emily Groves returned to the IMHE programme in September 2008, having previously worked there in 2006. She has worked at the OECD, in the Directorate for Education, since September 2003. She is the person primarily responsible for the IMHE programme's administration and membership relations, as well as assisting in the management of the Programme's budget.

Emily was born and educated in Australia and has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Ancient History from the University of Queensland, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Library Science from the Queensland University of Technology. She came to France in 1997 and, before joining the OECD, she worked as an English Assistant at Reims University and an Editorial Assistant for a medical journal in Paris.
