Annual inflation in the OECD area remained stable at 2.2% in June 2007

31/07/2007 - Consumer prices in the OECD area rose by 2.2% in the year to June 2007, unchanged compared with the year to May 2007. On a monthly basis, the price level rose by 0.1% in June 2007 after a 0.4% increase between April and May 2007.
Consumer prices for energy rose by 2.9% year-on-year in June, compared with 2.7% in May. Consumer prices for food were up by 3.4% year-on-year in June, unchanged compared with May. Excluding food and energy, consumer prices rose by 2.0% in the year to June, after 2.1% in May 2007...etc.
The next publication date of the OECD Consumer price indices will be on 4 September 2007
