OLIS is OECD's secure Extranet information service for Member country officials and other authorised organisations/agencies. It provides access to Committee meeting documents, related event information, and OECD publications and statistical products. As the secure channel for exchange of information on Committee work-in-progress, OLISnet complements the public information available on the OECD Web site. Financial crisis: Save our savings

Amid the worst current financial crisis since the 1930s, EU leaders have pledged to protect savers’ deposits. Already most OECD countries have explicit deposit insurance schemes for savings up to certain limits. In a number of countries these have now been raised temporarily.
