Theme: Political economy of Policy Coherence for Development (PCD): Lessons learned on how to advance policy processes that are more development-friendly. Role of parliamentarians, political parties and different interest groups. What mechanisms and tools exist to promote reforms?
Issues for discussion: co-development, partnerships, remittances, migration observatories, capacity building, role of diaspora and involvement of civil society.
